It just takes some reading and a peek at the map. You only need to take the bus if you are either old, or with tons of luggage. Wlaking between the adjacennt terminals takes no more than 10 mins!
Transfer from terminals 1 and 3 is via shuttle, either train or bus, and it says so everywhere. Just learn to read for Christ's sake.
