Transit Visa

I have indian passport and I have to go from Oran (Algier) to CDG Paris Airport (flight ZI164) and from CDG Airport to Doha (flight QR0020). Do I need transit visa to go from CDG Terminal 2B to CDG Aerogare 1? What about my lugguges?
