I will visit Paris for the first time next month. I am SO VERY happy to know there is FREEDOM and respect to us, smokers. I agree that it's unconsiderate to smoke indoors - that's why it's not allowed now. But we can still smoke in the street and outside of the bars/restaurants - in a separate area. CIGARETTES ARE NOT ILEGAL. We choose to smoke and we have the right to do it... YOUR RIGHTS END WHERE OTHER'S START :) Cheers.
